Biology: The female American cockroach produces up to 160 eggs during her life.
III. Oriental cockroach
Scientific Name: Blatta orientalis (Linnaeus)

Biology: The female Oriental cockroach produces up to 128 eggs during her life.
Cockroaches health significance: Cockroaches associated with different pathogens causing various diseases:
- a.Bacterial pathogens causing various diseases such as; Dysentery, Plague, Pneumonia, Food poisoning, Gastro-enteritis, and wound & skin infections.
- b.Helminthes pathogens causing various diseases such as; Pinworms, Trichuriasis (Whipworm), Hookworm, Giant human roundworm, and Tapeworm.
- c.Fungal pathogens causing various diseases such as; Pneumomycosis, Otomycosis, and Bronchomycosis,

Other cockroaches' health implications:
